The Executive Head of our UK Office, Harriet Wheeler was delighted to meet with members of the Greater London County Priory Group at St John’s Gate recently to say a few words about the Hospital, its impacts, staff and the current challenges.
The event was held to raise funds for the training of one of our Jerusalem staff members, Osama Jararra, Head of Infection Control Department.
Harriet says: “This year, despite the challenges, we’re on track to treat a record 155,000 patients across the Holy Land, and that’s down to the skills, resilience and commitment of our staff who show up day after day to provide our life-changing services to people who would otherwise go without.
“The support of the London CPG not only allows the continuation of our work but also provides staff with the skills and training they need to thrive in their roles.
“It is a reminder that behind every patient is a dedicated team member whose expertise and compassion make it all possible.”
