Meet Yousef Ammar Salman
Meet Yousef Ammar, a 9-year-old boy from the town of Qaffin in Tulkarm, located in the northern West Bank. We met Yousef during his first visit to our new eye hospital in Nablus.
Yousef, a third-grade student, has been receiving regular eye checkups with SJEHG since 2021. He suffers from myopia (nearsightedness) and undergoes routine examinations every six months to update his eyeglass prescription.
Yousef’s family expressed their gratitude for having a comprehensive eye hospital in Nablus that provides integrated eye care services, including surgeries, to the residents of the northern West Bank.
