Bridge in Wonderful Places – online – at Home

For 20 years the Guild has organised Bridge in Wonderful Places. Do join us for our inaugural online international Bridge event on Realbridge in support of The St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital; supported by the Lord Prior of the Order of St John Professor Mark Compton.

You have a choice of playing:

• duplicate 18 hands with your playing partner. (Winners receive a personalised St John trophy)
• playing a social 4 at your own table.

Any donation is most gratefully received.

All proceeds raised will be donated to the St. John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital which was founded in 1882 and is the only charitable provider of expert eye care in East Jerusalem, Gaza and the West Bank including mobile outreach in Hebron and Anabta, treating patients regardless of ethnicity, religion and ability to pay.  In 2020, in spite of the challenges caused by Covid and the continual border restrictions, their achievements were remarkable with 5,500 major operations and 100,000 outpatients.
